Patrick James Lynch: Co-Founder & CEO
Founding Board President of the 501(c)(3) Entertainment to Affect Change (E2AC). His work is focused on creating engaging, educational and empowering content & live events for people affected by bleeding disorders. He is the creator, executive producer, and star of the award-winning bleeding disorders web series “Stop The Bleeding!;” host of the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF)-distributed bleeding disorders podcast “BloodStream;” the producer, writer, and host of the “The Teen Impact Awards;” the writer of the claymation series about a young girl with von Willebrand disease “Helping Hany;” the executive producer, writer, and director of the World Federation of Hemophilia’s (WFH) 10-part “Treatment For All Web Series,” and the director of an upcoming feature film about severe hemophiliac Chris Bombardier’s climbing of Mount Everest . Patrick has been recognized with the Hemophilia Federation of America’s Health & Wellness Award , NHF’s Meritorious Achievement Award , and was a featured plenary speaker for WFH’s World Congress . His work has received mainstream media coverage from outlets such as FoxNews, PBS, and Buzzfeed, and since 2013, Patrick has facilitated programming at over 50 community events in the bleeding disorders community. Patrick lives with severe hemophilia A and dedicates his work to the memory of his brother Adam, who was also born with severe hemophilia A but died at 18 of an intracranial bleed.
Ryan Gielen: Co-Founder & Creative Director
Producing credits include the new documentary My Beautiful Stutter (2017), The Graduates, in the top ten comedies all time on Hulu (2010 feature film), Turtle Hill, Brooklyn (2013 feature film, Audience Award for best Best Narrative, LGBT NewFest), Stop the Bleeding! (web series) and Helping Hany (web series). Ryan’s films have won awards for writing and direction in festivals around the world, and he’s a two-time WEBBY honoree for his interactive web series Deleted: The Game. Ryan is a contributor to NoFilmSchool.com, Sundance Film Festival Artist Service’s Blog, and Tribeca Film Fest Blog. Ryan and his brother Matthew are the co-founders of DVD’s to the Troops, which as of Jan 1, 2017, has collected and shipped an estimated 110,000 used and new DVD’s to American military in war zones around the world.
Rob Bradford: Lead Producer
Currently helming the Teen Impact Awards at NHF Annual Meeting, now in it's third year, Rob is a lead producer on everything Believe creates. Rob has been a producer on various feature films and documentaries, Drinking Games (Executive Producer), Elsewhere (Producer), My Beautiful Stutter (Producer) and Bombardier Blood (Producer), in addition to being a producer with Believe Theatrical and on various short films and web series. Rob is also a screenwriter, director and actor, most recently seen on stage in Revolution (Manhattan Rep.) This One Time In Last Chance (NYC Fringe) and Alone With Friends (Fundamental Theatre Company). Film credits include The Graduates, Drinking Games, Elsewhere and Jim. On the interweb, he can be seen hosting the virally popular web series, Digits, as well as playing (at least) three separate characters in Stop The Bleeding!.
Josh Bragg: Cinematographer/Editor
Josh is a cinematographer, producer and editor living in Los Angeles, California and as head of production he takes great pride in crafting the look and feel of Believe's top quality content. Josh has worked on various feature length projects including Elsewhere (Director of Photography, Editor) Bombardier Blood (Director of Photography), My Beautiful Stutter (Director of Photography) as well as various short films and web series including the WFH Humanitarian Aid Program Series (Camera Operator and Editor), Stop the Bleeding! (Camera Operator, Editor), The Trailer (Director of Photography), @instaminiseries (Director of Photography, Editor), New York Picture Company Sketch Show (Director of Photography), Helping Hany (Director, Editor, Producer and Cinematographer).
Katy Wright-Mead: Producer/Editor
Co-writer/directer of Float, a short film, bound for the 2015 festival circuit, creator of comedic web-series, My Friend’s Fiancé and production manager on all four seasons of Stop The Bleeding! Acting credits include; The Knick (Cinemax), Boardwalk Empire (HBO), The Graduates (Believe Ltd), Good Men Wanted (Ars Nova’s ANT Fest 2014), Ghost Stories (Tiny Little Band), Safe Home (Royal Family Productions), Trans-Euro Express (Irish Art Center & FTP).Katy is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts NYC and an almunus of The T. Schreiber Studio, Kimball Studios and UCB as well as a founding member of Believe Theatrical.
Andrew Gaul: Lead Producer, Podcasts

Andrew is also currently developing a half-hour LGBT sitcom.
Avra Friedman: Social Media Manager
Avra Friedman is an actor, comedian, writer, and recent LA transplant by way of NYC. As a comic she has opened for Gilbert Gottfried and was the winner of a new talent contest at Gotham Comedy Club, NYC. Avra’s writing, acting, and stand-up have been featured on BuzzFeed, The New Yorker, Super Deluxe, Funny or Die, Elizabeth Banks' WhoHaha, Amy Poehler's Smart Girls, and more. She has also been stopped on the street for her role as Jasmine on the viral web series "The Real Housewives of Cinderella's Castle." Avra proudly serves her community by co-founding and co-hosting All My Single Friends, a monthly event that is 1/2 comedy show, 1/2 live dating app.
Nick Vergara: Writer/Editor, BloodFeed
Nick Vergara is an actor, writer, and singer-songwriter from New York City. He has been acting for 10 years and can be seen in the feature films, THE GRADUATES, DRINKING GAMES and the soon to be released ELSEWHERE which he adapted from his own stage play. Vergara was trained at the Stella Adler Acting Conservatory in New York. He is now based in Los Angeles and can currently be seen as Eddie the UPS Guy in the award-winning web series Stop the Bleeding! now in it's 6th season.
Colbie Crow: Production Manager
Colbie is an actor and producer, living in Los Angeles.
Seth Kirschner: Writer
Producing Credits include Completely Normal (2015 feature film), and writing and producing You Make My Dreams Come True (webseries). Seth has written and starred in a featured long running show at Upright Citizens Bridge titled Sertainly Seth, a one-man early-90’s family style sitcom.
