Family Treatment Decisions is a narrative video series following a young family in the days after a surprising hemophilia diagnosis for their infant son. As the family wrestles with a flood of new information and treatment options, their concerns about product safety are assuaged by a technologically advanced tour of a plasma processing facility.

We follow the young family at home, at their Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) clinic visit, and on a virtual tour. The client’s long community history and focus on product safety were front and center, providing comfort and clarity to the new parents.
